Building the machine that takes over the cow’s job.

At Mosa Meat we are on a mission to make real beef differently.

To help achieve this goal and make cultured meat a reality, we have a team of dedicated engineers working on automating our processes and scaling up production.

The Automation team at Mosa Meat consists of engineers with various backgrounds, anywhere from mechanical, electrical and software engineering, to chemical and process engineering.

Before joining Mosa Meat some of our engineers were involved in the development of race cars, satellite technology, and robotics.

Combining this with knowledge in pharma and food technology gives us a strong basis for innovation.

Cultivating meat is a brand new industry and as such requires original and innovative technologies. This presents a big challenge for the engineering team who like to get creative and sometimes start designing from scratch.

Having the automation team in-house with a well equipped workshop gives us the possibility to quickly develop tools that our scientists can use in the lab.

This close collaboration between scientists and engineers is essential to establishing cultured meat as a sustainable alternative for generations to come.
